Signal Partners Oy acquires the entire share capital of Kauko Oy from Aspo Oyj. The contract has been signed 31st October 2022. The acquisition will strengthen Signal Partners’ market position. Kauko’s operations will continue unchanged as a part of Signal Partners Group.
Kauko is an expert of demanding work environments. For professionals working at any location and hour, Kauko innovates and creates seamlessly functioning digital solutions with a combination of devices, software and services. In fiscal year 2021 Kauko employed 22 persons. The company’s turnover was about 13 million euros.
Signal Partners is a Finnish-owned solution and service provider specialized in mobility, data networks and their design and maintenance.
Signal Partners continuously develops its operations with the focus on providing reliable and sustainable mobile solutions to customers. Kauko’s customer base, knowledge and product portfolio complements Signal Partners’ business model. Signal Partners’ CEO Pekka Laitinen also starts as managing director of Kauko.
